I love 1928 Jewelry. If you know the name, then you know what I'm talking about and what beautiful stuff they make. Great quality too. I have probably a dozen sets of necklaces/earrings/pins and a handful of unrelated pieces made by them. When my favorite copper and pink/purple rhinestone cross necklace lost a couple of it's jewels, I contacted the company to see if I could get them fixed by anyone they could recommend. I promptly got back an email from their customer service offering to fix it for just shipping and handling costs. So I sent in the cross, a 1928 Kids earring that has lost one of it's pink stones and a beautiful vintage gold/pearl/yellow stone Tara brooch that had snapped off at one end. They came back today, looking like new and with a lovely free gold chain bracelet. The nice letter I got also gave me a code for $5 off an online order as an apology for my inconvenience. What a great company! If only all companies would strive for this level of customer service! They have me for a customer forever.

*loves them even more now* :-)
